Our engineers' principal aim is to maximize your infrastructure's efficiency with minimal disruption to your daily operations.
We have our support centers in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. Each is manned by 5-10 engineers who are experienced and certified in all kinds of troubleshooting and repair work. Furthermore these support centers are equipped with latest tools and diagnostic equipment to facilitate early resolution of customer’s issues.
Through MIT’s state of the art support center we can provide a number of levels of services to our customers. These include basic support during normal working days and office hours, to our platinum support program where 24 X 7 X 365 support is provided to our customers whose IT needs are mission critical.

Each of our support centers has a dedicated help desk for customer complaint facilitation via a universal access number common in all cities. We also have an online trouble ticketing system which allows us and our customers to track all resolved and un resolved issues in case of any unforeseen delays.
